Use
- traditional Method: to be tasted in small cups of 30 ml.
- 2nd and 3rd infusion: to re-use the same sheets of tea as previously and to let them infuse during 45 minutes in 100 ml of water heated into 60°C.
- standard Method Sencha: to be tasted in small cups of 100 ml.
- 2nd and 3rd infusion: to re-use the same sheets of tea as previously and to let them infuse during 10 minutes in 400 ml of water heated into 80°C.
